God is expanding our territory and our ability to gain access into unreached people groups that have little or no exposure to the gospel.  In the past two years, PIONEERS-USA has sent out almost 200 missionaries!  An additional 200 appointees are raising their support and receiving training prior to departure. We praise God for allowing PIONEERS to extend His kingdom in 72 different countries and to “Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples” (1 Chronicles 16:24).
Over the next three years, PIONEERS-USA is embarking on the most critical strategic endeavor to date.

We’re positioning ourselves to:

• Enlarge the U.S. Base missionary workforce to 1500 – enabling PIONEERS to reach out with greater depth and breadth to unreached peoples worldwide.
  
• Construct the Ted Fletcher Ministry Center – providing PIONEERS with the space to house the personnel necessary to carry out the mobilization and support purposes of the base.
  
• Launch new Mobilization Bases worldwide. – strategically partnering with national believers around the globe to send indigenous missionaries to unreached people groups.
  

The Orlando Mobilization Base is made up of several teams whose mission is to see no more unreached peoples. When you support PIONEERS-USA, you invest into the foundation that gives mission its breath. Here is a glimpse at our teams and how your dollars are being spent:

• Training – Preparing appointees with training to minister in an ever-changing, cross-cultural context.

• Communications – Telling God’s story and engaging others to participate in it.
• Church Partners – Engaging and mobilizing the U.S. church in mission.
• Advancement – Identifying and mobilizing financial resources.
• Operations – Supporting the Orlando teams to better serve our missionaries.
• Finance – Managing the financial health of field missionaries.
• Information Technology – Maintaining electronic communication resources for field missionaries and Orlando teams.
