Our team is bringing Jesus to people who have never had the opportunity to hear. Our community includes Moroccans, Algerians, Tunisians… at our ministry center we offer after-school tutoring, food-distribution and a thrift store to the community to build bridges and create relationships. As an Edger you will start out your stay by participating in the year-end events we organize for the primary and middle school children at our ministry center… see you there!

People from all over the world have immigrated to Leeds and Badford over the years. Many of these people are from South Asia: Pakistani, Bengali, and Indian. As an Edger you will have the opportunity to reach out to South Asian individuals and families and seek to share with them on a spiritual level. This helps our long term vision… see you there!
Our vision is to see churches planted among the unreached Quechua of Bolivia and to partner with and disciple Quechua believers… As an Edger you will have the opportunity to stay in a Spanish speaking home, go to daily language classes, and do ministry and outreach in the Quechua community. As an Edger you will be exposed to that need, as well as to the ways in which this team is trying to reach them with the gospel. You will join the long term team in their church planting efforts directly by being an encouragement to local believers and establishing new relationships with non-believers…
(This team is Full) As an Edger you will become a part of the long term team here for eight weeks by living in the missionary’s home, taking part in the daily responsibilities of missionary life, trekking into remote mountain villages, building relationships with Hindu people, and serving side-by-side with Indian, Nepali, and American team members as you bring the gospel for the first time to those who have not heard… see you there!
As and Edger you will have the opportunity to encourage and disciple local believers. Practical training and discipleship contribute to helping these peoples walk tall under the banner of Christ. We are looking for those who can come and teach English, computers, Bible courses, nursing, community health, practical home maintenance… see you there!
(This team is FULL) As an Edger you will be helping with English conversation activities with Basque kids, teens, and adults. During the day, you will participate in VBS, kids camps and outdoor games, and in the evenings you will conduct one-on-one and group conversation hours… see you there!
As an Edger you will be engaged in encouraging, supporting and equipping Germans who are willing to take a stand for Christ in the midst of such apathy and criticism. You can help run children and youth camps, assist in street fairs, help with construction work needed on the various buildings the organization owns, lead English classes and teach apologetic style book and bible studies… see you there!
(THIS TEAM IS FULL) By joining the first ever Edge team to serve here, you would be the answer to that prayer for more laborers. By praying on the ground, blessing the community through English teaching and other means, and by building friendships with Hui university students, you will be digging the channels of relationship through which the Gospel will flow…. see you there!
As an Edger you will have the opportunity to share Christ through evangelism, children’s and sports ministry, teaching English, computer training classes, and assisting with a project to distribute mosquito nets and educate people about the effects of Malaria. Engaging in these activities help the long term missionaries build good relationships with people groups that were once resistant to the gospel… see you there!
As an Edger you will have the opportunity to learn more about ministering to Muslims and have practical experience in reaching out to them. Some of the ways we engage with Muslims are: English teaching, street evangelism, student fellowships, social events, visiting cafes on the ‘curry mile’, visiting in homes… see you there!
(This team is Full) This team’s ministry is to come alongside upper castes/classes to bless the poor in an urban setting. This is a region where all evangelism is done relationally so team members will take Hindi lessons three days a week…
(This team is FULL) As an Edger your time in Fiji will most likely include working with the poor, working with children, and a trip to Homes of Hope, a partner ministry that reaches out to women and children who are victims of sex-trafficking. We will also travel around to visit the different Pioneers missionaries in Fiji… see you there!
As an Edger you are apart of this vision by developing meaningful relationships based on a Christ centered life, breaking down barriers of religion, suspicion of different beliefs, and apathy towards spiritual truths… see you there!
(This team is FULL) As an Edger you will join efforts with missionaries working in traditional as well as in new creative ways to take the gospel to the unreached of the Amazon region. We believe that by gaining exposure to different ministry efforts in the Amazon and seeing how life and ministry really are, you will get a good picture of how you can plug in, make a lasting difference… see you there!
