Major Gifts Officer

Pioneers is seeking a Major Gift’s Officer to serve out of the Orlando, Florida office. The officer will work to cultivate donors for Pioneers-USA and global projects by creating genuine, ongoing, and mutually beneficial relationships with ministry partners. Must be available for travel and have at least 5 years of increasingly productive development-related experience. The Officer will ultimately be responsible for the personalized contact, cultivation, and moves management of 100-200 major donors and prospects. In addition to existing donors, the key role will be to acquire and cultivate new major donors to the top priorities fun, global projects, and capital needs through a systematic plan of personal networking. Furthermore, the Major Gifts Officer must have a heart for the Lord and for missions to the unreached, and demonstrate a passion for Biblical Stewardship and a desire to engage others in the same.

Staff Accountant

Pioneers Finance team is hiring a Staff Accountant. Duties include analyzing accounts, preparing statements, reporting, data mining and formatting, fixed asset accounting and performing reconciliations. Candidates must have knowledge of integrated financial applications and databases and accounting and financial principles and practices. Degree in Accounting and 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience required.

Receipting Clerk

Pioneers Finance team is hiring a Receipting Clerk. Duties include assisting with Electronic Funds Transactions, answering donor questions, communicating with missionaries and appointees, entering data of support contributions and processing donation checks. Candidates must have good communications skills, and familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel and adding machines.

Night watch

The KOA Campground, owned and operated by Pioneers, is hiring a night watchman to work four nights/week for a total of 20 hours/week. Must have valid FL drivers license, pass a background check, be physically fit to walk and able to operate a golf cart. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
