Pioneers is seeking a Web Content Coordinator to serve on its Communications Team. We are looking for a well-organized, positive individual who will show initiative to support our growing organization. This role is responsible for coordinating Web content and social media for the purpose of: generating traffic to Pioneers’ website; ensuring the site content is up-to-date; as well as assuring brand consistency and compatibility with the mission and values of Pioneers.

The Director of Development is responsible to provide overall coordination for the internal fundraising and stewardship activities ofPioneers. Pioneers is seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial individual to serve as Director of HeartCraft, a ministry of Pioneers dedicated to promoting business enterprises for community development in impoverished areas of the world. The HeartCraft Director provides oversight to the production and sale of all merchandise through its store on the campus of the Pioneers USA headquarters in Orlando, and other vending points in the U.S., as well as the ordering, receiving and maintenance of the HeartCraft product inventory.

Pioneers is seeking a strong, innovative leader to serve in the position of Vice President of Information Technology. This role has responsibility for managing all aspects of the organization’s technology infrastructure including LAN/WAN, telecommunications, disaster recovery, data security and desktop computing. The Vice President of IT will direct all activities of the IT team, and work closely with decision makers of other teams to deliver cost-effective technology solutions for Pioneers.
