As an international church-planting organization, Pioneers’ mission is to bring glory to God among unreached people groups. The work that volunteers do is vital to achieving this vision.

We have a variety of service opportunities for volunteers who desire to give their time, expertise and resources to Pioneers for the shared purpose of mobilizing, training and supporting missionaries to initiate church-planting movements among the unreached. We work together with them to plant churches that, in turn, exponentially plant other churches. Volunteers are needed for week-long training and orientation events throughout the year to serve as drivers, childcare workers and food service assistants. Pioneers accepts volunteers for extended periods of time as well and has many opportunities available in administration, landscaping and hospitality.
